QUBU AI is an AI-powered application that allows users to use, customize, create, and schedule AI assistants called “Robots.”
Depending on the Robot and features you choose, QUBU AI may process text, prompts, personal context, images, photos, files, voice input, schedules, and other information you provide in order to generate AI-powered results.
Some Robots may also run automatically according to a schedule configured by you.
We collect and process information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve QUBU AI.
Account and Identity Information
QUBU AI may initially create an anonymous application account.
If you choose to create or link an account, including through Sign in with Apple, we may receive or store:
an internal user identifier; your Sign in with Apple identifier; your name, if provided by Apple; your email address or Apple private relay email address, if provided; authentication and account status information.
QUBU AI does not receive your Apple ID password.
Content You Provide
When you use QUBU AI, we may process information you intentionally submit, including:
text, questions, and instructions; Robot prompts and configurations; personal context that you choose to provide; Robot names, descriptions, preferences, and settings; images and photos; files and documents; voice input and resulting transcriptions; scheduled Robot instructions; feedback, reports, and support requests; other content you choose to provide.
Because QUBU AI is a general-purpose AI service, information you provide may sometimes contain personal, confidential, financial, health-related, legal, or other sensitive information.
You decide what information to submit.
